cook.
Friday, January 16

anyhow.. to get myself out of the stress, my mum made me cook dinner.. yes.. dinner.. and all who knows me, knows that i cant cook.. lol.. today's dish is, Beef Spaghetti! woo.

you will need:
Photobucket
Diced garlic!
Photobucket
chopped olives! optional. i love them so i'm putting it.
Photobucket
and of course pasta sauce!

i've got somemore ingredients like pasta, beef, mushrooms and cheese, but i didnt get the chance to take a photo. lol.
Photobucket
first, u'll boil your pasta till its breakable. not too cooked. just nice. haha. u gauge yourself ba.
Photobucket
fry the ginger. till turns slighty golden brown.
Photobucket
dump all your beef in it. chicken will do fine. i'm feeding family of 5. so i got 400 grams of beef. cook till the redness is gone. add 1 block of chicken stock in to bring up the flavour.
Photobucket
pour the sauce in. then your mushrooms and what ever u want to put in. lol. add some pepper, and hua tiao jiu. lol.. the chinese cooking wine thing. i dunno why put that, but my mum told me to.
Photobucket
mix evenly. then bring it to a boil. then your sauce is done! =D
Photobucket
put your pasta into a bowl/plate. then your sauce, then some olives if u like them, some cheese ontop and then microwave it! if no microwave oven, toaster will do fine, provided your bowl can fit. toast/microwave till it melts. not too long! the cheese will turn hard. -.- that's the reason why i didnt take a picture after that. it came out looking like crap. lol.

so that's how you cook beef spaghetti! and remember kids, if jing yi can cook, everyone else can! 8)

Spwach
